Using net and cobble fishing to catch Wild Cree Salmon from their own nets on the River Cree, Vincent and Ruby Marr are reknown for the quality of their famous smoked salmon. Master smoker Vincent oversees every step of the proecess - from filleting the fish to curing smoking and packing, Sustainbly caught, dry cured and then smoked over whisky and juniper, Marrbury Smokehouse creates exceptional quality produce, made using traditional methods with no shortcuts.

At the shop and bistro just off the A75 you can enjoy one of the UK's most sought after luxury foods, dining in the beautiful Bistro overlooking Wigtown Bay, or taking home a range of delectable smoked foods to enjoy.
